  • Classes are organised in blocks :

    in-person classes

    £11/class as part of block booking or £13 for single class.

    Zoom class £8.50 in block / £10 for single

    payment in person card/contactless or by bank transfer prior to the start of the block

  • Classes are organised in blocks on Zoom : £5.50 /class as part of block booking

    Approx 30 mins

    Payment by bank transfer prior to the start of the block

Getting Started ?

If you think that somatics is something which could help you feel better then the next step is to either book a one to one or to message me and see if there is an Introductory workshop coming up which you could attend. This gives you a better understanding of what you are doing and theory underpinning it . Without this knowledge a class might just leave you feeling a bit empty or confused as the focus is very different from a regular exercise class. Alternatively book a one to one so I can cover the basics with you so that you can understand the intention behind the method and thus get the most benefit from it. Thereafter you are free to attend a class on a regular basis or as a drop in as you need it and wish to build it up.
